2005 So Cal Pismo; July 22-24

So Cal Broncos will be doing our annual Pismo Beach run the weekend of July
22-24. We hope Bronco fanatics from up and down the state (and beyond) will
join us. I know there are already a few of our Nor Cal brethren planniing
on joining us. It would be nice to see that place overrun with Broncos.

We just made our reservations for Oceano Dunes SVRA. Their reservation
number is: 800-444-7275 or you can reserve online at www.reserveamerica.com.
Please indicate the OHV Park when you call, as there is a different, non-OHV
park that you will confuse them with if you just say "Pismo". Our fee for
Thurs through Sunday was $37.50 + reservation fee. There are plenty of
permits available now but they book up quick. So it would probably be best
to make your reservations ASAP. This is dry, open camping on the beach and
dunes. Those who prefer to stay in a hotel or other campground can do so
but you should reserve your day passes to get your rig on the beach.

Pismo is a lot of fun for all types of EBs, from stock to unrecognizable.
The pace is laid back with no scheduled events. Just hop in your rig and
head out into the dunes whenever you feel like it or whenever a group heads
out. Or hang out at camp with your toes in the sand sipping a cold one.
For those of us in So Cal, the beach is a welcome break from the scorching
temps we'll be having down here by then.
